A lovely handmade fused glass Rainbow Suncatcher for under £10!
This simple (yet effective) semi-transparent sun catcher is great for hanging in the window and bringing all the colours of the rainbow into your room. The transparency of the glass means that when light shines though, you get a beautiful colourful shadow.
This is a fabulous, colourful design, adding a bit of happiness to any home or garden. Wonderful to give as a gift, too!
The Rainbow Suncatcher is made using one layer of clear 3mm glass with coloured frit (crushed glass) added on top. It measures approximately 14cm long x 3cm wide and comes ready to hang inside or outside, just protect it from the wind.
Fused glass doesn’t fade in sunlight but it is best to keep it out of strong winds and frost.
There may be a variation in each item, due to the nature of the glass and the fact that it’s hand made.

I use the best glass available from Spectrum System 96. Each sheet of glass is handcut by me. All items are designed and crafted by me in my home studio. The whole piece is fused and properly annealed in my kiln for over 12 hours, aiding strength and durability.
Despite my attempts at photographing my glass art, it is sometimes difficult to capture the gorgeous colours, the texture and the tactile nature. I try my best but customers have often said that the pieces in real life are just so much “more” than in the photo’s! Colours may vary, depending on your screen settings.
