Stunning Handmade Large Fused Glass Snowflake decorations to add to your home this Christmas.
This is a beautiful fused glass large snowflake. It is delicate but a perfect addition to your home this Christmas.
Each snowflake has at least 60 individual pieces of glass, not including the frit – all handcut and arranged by me. They take a lot of time and patience to make, but they are really worth it. Please note: These are currently made to order.
Please select your colour choice from the dropdown menu. If you’re buying more than one and would like a mixture of colours, choose any colour and then please state your preferences upon checkout in the notes section.
The large snowflakes are made using transparent clear glass with small pieces of clear and coloured glass on top. These measure approximately 14cm high and 14cm wide.
They each come ready to hang with a silver coloured wire.
Each snowflake, like in real life, is unique.
The price includes white gift boxes for each snowflake.
This listing is for a smooth snowflake with coloured tips or I have a more sparkly, textured version here and a smaller glass snowflake here.
Current lead time to post your order is up to 10 business days from payment. If you need your order sooner, please contact me before you buy and I will do my best to accommodate your request, or use the “Rush order” option at checkout.
All items are made to order and are posted Royal Mail Signed For. UK customers can choose to upgrade to 1st Class by selecting this at checkout.
All orders are packaged extremely well to prevent damage in the post. The packaging I use is recycled and I encourage you to recycle or re-use the bubble wrap, foam and ribbons.
Colour preferences: I can usually always change colours to your choice at no extra cost, just pop a note at checkout.
I use the best glass available from Spectrum System 96. Each sheet of glass is handcut by me. All items are designed and crafted by me in my home studio. The whole piece is fused and properly annealed in my kiln for over 12 hours, aiding strength and durability.
Despite my attempts at photographing my glass art, it is sometimes difficult to capture the gorgeous colours, the texture and the tactile nature. I try my best but customers have often said that the pieces in real life are just so much “more” than in the photo’s! Colours may vary, depending on your screen settings.
